ALFR Residual Current Circuit Breaker(RCCB)
Product Details
Product Descriprion
The ALFR RCCB series offers Type A, AC, and S residual current circuit breakers, designed for residential, commercial, and industrial distribution systems, complying with EN/IEC 61008-1 standards. With a rated conditional short-circuit current of up to 10kA and multiple rated currents from 16A to 100A, the product features an electromagnetic release mechanism. The Type S variant incorporates a minimum non-operation time delay of 40ms to prevent unwanted tripping, making it suitable as a main switch or for use with Class II surge protectors.
Featuring a modern design, the product supports connections with conductors up to 35mm² and secure mounting via DIN rails. A dual-color contact position indicator (red for closed, green for open) enhances operational safety, while all models offer resistance to current surges up to 5kA. With user-friendly wiring compatible with busbars and pin-type terminals, and an IP20 protection rating, it ensures reliable performance in diverse environments.
Performance parameters include rigorous endurance tests (on-load/off-load operating cycles) and precise breaking time requirements (adjusted based on leakage type and current values). The Type S breaker provides selective protection, significantly reducing unnecessary power interruptions while meeting automatic disconnection time conditions of 0.2s or 0.4s, delivering critical reliability for high-demand residual current protection scenarios.
