EATS-W7 Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch
Product Details
Product Descriprion
The EATS-W7 Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch is an advanced PC-class component designed to guarantee uninterrupted power supply in essential applications such as high-rise buildings, airports, fire pumps, and life safety systems. It is engineered for systems rated at 50Hz/60Hz, with voltage options of 220V (2P) and 380V (3P, 4P), and a current range of 10A to 65A. Its core consists of two micro circuit breakers (for main and backup power), a mechanical and electrical interlock mechanism, and a built-in control unit, all assembled in a modular design for easy maintenance.
The switch features a quiet, single-motor drive for smooth, shock-free switching. It offers both fully automatic and manual override operations. In automatic mode, it continuously monitors the main power and transfers the load to the backup source within seconds of a failure, switching back once power is restored. The manual mode allows for controlled source selection or a full shutdown ("OFF" position) for safe circuit maintenance. A key safety aspect is the integrated mechanical interlock, which physically prevents both circuit breakers from closing simultaneously. The front panel provides comprehensive status indicators for both power sources and switch positions, greatly simplifying operation and fault diagnosis. Professional installation is mandatory to ensure safety and reliability.
Overview
The dual-power automatic transfer switch consists of two 2-pole, 3-pole, or 4-pole miniature circuit breakers, mechanical interlock transmission mechanism, built-in controller, etc. Its features include: compact size, simple structure, convenient operation, long service life; switch switching is driven by a single motor, ensuring smooth, noiseless operation with low impact force; equipped with both mechanical and electrical interlocks for reliable switching, operable both manually and automatically; the A.T.S. is equipped with terminals for user wiring to indicate the breaker status (open or closed); the A.T.S. panel is equipped with various status indicators.
Working Conditions
● Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C, and the average temperature over 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
● Maximum monthly relative humidity: 90%. It can withstand the influence of humid marine air. Higher relative humidity is allowable at lower temperatures. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

Application
The EATS-W7 Automatic Transfer Switch (hereinafter referred to as A.T.S.) is suitable for end-type dual-circuit power supply systems with 50Hz/60Hz, rated operational voltage of 220V (2P) / 380V (3P, 4P), and rated current from 10A to 63A. It can perform automatic switching between the commonly used power source and the standby power source to ensure power supply reliability. It is primarily used in high-rise buildings, shopping malls, fire pumps, fire fans, elevators, domestic water pumps, emergency lighting, and other similar locations.
Function Description
Automatic Principle: Set the Auto/Manual switch to the Auto position.
1. When the commonly used power source is normal, the switch automatically connects the common line to supply power to the load circuit.
2. When the commonly used power source is abnormal, it cuts off the common power supply line and automatically transfers to the standby power source to supply power to the load circuit.
Manual Principle:Set the Auto/Manual switch to the Manual position.
It allows manually cutting off the common power source and connecting the standby power source to supply the load circuit; or manually cutting off the standby power source and connecting the common power source to supply the load circuit; it can also simultaneously cut off both the common and standby power sources (double break), disconnecting the power supply system from the load for circuit maintenance.
Danger Warning
This device should only be installed, debugged, and maintained by qualified personnel.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any losses caused by failure to operate according to the instruction manual.
a) This device should only be installed, debugged, and maintained by qualified personnel.
b) Before installation, debugging, or maintenance, both main power supplies to the unit must be disconnected (active fire control signals that may cause electric shock must also be confirmed as disconnected).
c) During maintenance, a voltmeter must be used to verify that the power is disconnected.
d) The device must be reliably grounded as required.
e) The cabinet door must be reset before energizing the device.
f) Improper operation may lead to electric shock, fire, or explosion!
Panel Display & Operation

101: 3-pole Common Power Source Neutral Terminal and External Indicator Neutral Wire
LP1: Common Power Source Indicator
LP2: Common Power Source Close Indicator
LP3: Standby Power Source Indicator
LP4: Standby Power Source Close Indicator
201: 3-pole Standby Power Source Neutral Terminal and External Indicator Neutral Wire
Operation
Manual operation can be used regardless of whether the common and standby power sources are energized. During manual operation, set the Manual/Auto switch to the Manual position. When pushing the handle clockwise to the end position, the common power operating circuit breaker K1 closes, and the standby power operating circuit breaker K2 opens. When pushing the handle counterclockwise to the end position, the common power operating circuit breaker K1 opens, and the standby power operating circuit breaker K2 closes.
Panel display status: If the Common Power Source indicator light (I Power) or the Standby Power Source indicator light (I Power) is off, it indicates a fault with the input working power supply, and normal operation is not possible. Check the input power supply. Only after it is repaired and normal can operation commence. Set the manual-auto button to the Auto position. If the common power supply is normal, the switch will automatically transfer to close the common power operating circuit breaker K1, and the Common Close indicator light (I Close) on the panel will illuminate; when the common power source is abnormal, the switch transfers to close the standby power operating circuit breaker K2, and the Standby Close indicator light (I Close) will illuminate.
