The EATS-W8 Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a highly integrated solution designed for critical power continuity in applications such as fire pumps, elevators, and essential industrial systems. Its standout feature is the built-in controller, which contributes to a compact size, a simple structure, and seamless ATS functionality. This integration ensures fast, reliable switching, a low failure rate, and straightforward maintenance.
Constructed for robust performance, the W8 operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -15°C to +60°C and at installation altitudes up to 2000 meters. It offers versatile configurations with 2, 3, and 4-pole options and various current specifications to meet different load demands. The switch features front-terminal connections for easier installation. In Automatic Mode, it continuously monitors the mains power (normal power); when it's stable (within 180-240V), the load is connected to the mains, and it instantly transfers to the backup generator power upon detecting a failure or instability. A dedicated Manual Mode allows for operational flexibility and safe maintenance procedures. The clear panel display indicates power status (I, 0, II), and comprehensive wiring guidance is provided. Application
EATS-W8 Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS for short)applies to the terminal double-loop power supply system that 50Hz/60Hz, rated operating voltage 220V(2P).380V(3P and 4P,rated current 10-63A.It can automatically switch the normal power to reserved power to prove the reliability of power supply,mainly used for fire pumps.smoke fans,elevators,pumps,lighting in high-rise buildings,shopping malls and other places.
Basic Structure
Our dual power automatic transfer switch includes power conversion circuit breakers (one piece each of KI normal power implementation circuit breaker and K2 reserved power implementation circuit breaker),control box,electric devices and other components.Circuit breaker Kl and K2 both have the over-current protection and circuit breaker protection function,can be used for switching and protecting the main circuit a the same time.
Features Overview
Automatic Principles:
1. When power is stabilized,(180~240V'this switch automatically connected the device to the normal power.
2. When power is not stabilized(no power or losing phase),the switch immediately cut of the power and then connect to the reserved power.
Manual Principles:
Press the manual control button,you can manually cut off the mains supply circuit,connected to power Lines and electricity lines.Also it can be manually switched on the mains lines and power lines.Also it can cut off the normal power and reversed power( generating from the generator)to cut both power supply to maintain the electricity lines with no lad.

Wiring Instructions
1, 101:3-pole normal power zero line terminal and the external indicating zero line
2, LP1:The normal power indicator
3, LP2:The normal power closing indicator
4, LP3:The reserved power indicator
5, LP4:Reserved power closing indicator
6, 201:3-pole reversed power zero line terminal and the external indicating zero line
Operation
Whatever there have power or not,normal power supply or reserved power supply can be manually operated.
When manual operating,manual-auto button should be placed on manual,when you push the handle clockwise to the end,circuit breaker K1 normal power supply switch closing,and reserved power supplies implement circuit breaker K2 opening.When pushing the handle counter clockwise to the terminal normal power circuit breaker K1 opening,and reserved power supplies circuit breakerk2 closing.On control panel displays,if the normal power indicator (UN)or the reserved power indicator(UR)do not light on,means that automatic controller power supply is faulty,cannot work normally.Only can be used again after repaired.
Put manual-auto button on auto position.if normal power stabilized,switch will automatically change into normal power circuit breaker device QN closing state,the normal closing indicator(UNON)on the Pane will light on;when normal power exception,the switch changes to reserved power circuit breaker device QR closing state,the reserved closing indicator(URON)on the Panel will light on.
