ELBR Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker(RCBO)
Product Details
Product Descriprion
The ELBR Series delivers dual protection against both ground faults and overcurrents, in full compliance with IEC 61009-1, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from home circuits to commercial and industrial power distribution projects. It integrates electromagnetic tripping for residual current and thermal-magnetic tripping for overload and short-circuit conditions. Equipped with a clear lever position indicator and mechanical status display, the device features a flame-retardant enclosure with IP20 protection and is designed for 35mm DIN rail mounting, supporting consistent installation in mass-produced panels.
This breaker covers a broad rated current range from 1A to 80A (3A-80A for standard models) and requires corresponding conductor sizes from 1mm² for 1-1.6A up to 10mm² for 40A. It offers standardized residual operating current settings with hierarchical tripping performance, responding within 0.1 seconds at rated residual current and within 0.04 seconds at five times that value. Verified for long-term electrical endurance under 250V and 440V AC conditions, it maintains stable performance in continuous-use commercial and industrial circuits, ensuring grid reliability even in high-demand installations.
All terminals are wired with a uniform torque of 1.2N·m for reliable connections. Conductor compatibility is clearly specified, supporting both flexible and rigid types to meet different regional wiring standards. With intuitive terminal markings and an ultra-compact 9mm per pole design, the ELBR saves critical panel space while enabling millisecond-level fault interruption. It is ideally suited for high-safety applications such as building distribution boards, industrial control cabinets, and space-constrained commercial projects.
