Product Descriprion
The ELC1-F AC Contactor series is engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications, compliant with international standards for 1000V AC 50/60Hz environments. It covers rated currents from 115A to 780A (models ELC1-F115 to F780), delivering core functions including remote circuit breaking, frequent motor switching (AC-3 loads), and 200-1600A distribution control. The modular design offers both standard 3-pole and optional 4-pole configurations for reliable control of high-power squirrel-cage motors and industrial equipment.
Performance is graded across models: The F780 handles 410A conventional resistive current at 380V, 280A operational current at 660V, and 200A rated current at 1000V. Its AC-3 capacity reaches 350kW at 380V and 220kW at 660V. Validated endurance exceeds 10 million mechanical operations (1200 operations/hour) and 1 million electrical operations (AC-3). Coil consumption is as low as 12VA at 220V AC, with contact temperature rise ≤65K ensuring high-temperature reliability.
The compact industrial design features 3-pole widths from 167mm (F115) and 4-pole up to 309mm (F630), with heights ranging 37-110mm. All models support 35mm DIN rail mounting with M8 terminal screws. Silver-alloy contacts enhance conductivity while arc chambers minimize arcing. The main plus auxiliary contacts configuration (e.g., 4NO+2NC for F265) enables integration into electromagnetic starters, crane brakes, and automated production panels.
