Product Descriprion
The ELM1 Series MCCB leverages international advanced technology, fully compliant with IEC 60947-2, and is engineered for industrial power distribution and motor protection. Covering rated currents from 63A to 1250A (models: ELM1-160/200/400/630/800/1250) with 3P/4P configurations (4P includes A/B/C/D N-pole types), it ensures versatile application. Key specs include 690V rated insulation voltage, 400V AC operational voltage (extendable to 690V), and breaking capacity up to 100kA (e.g., ELM1-1250), supporting 50/60Hz AC grids for infrequent circuit switching and motor control.
It integrates thermal-magnetic trip units and optional intelligent trip units for precise over-current protection. Validated performance highlights include inverse-time action (e.g., rapid tripping at 7.2×In under cold conditions), a rated non-trip current of 1.05In (holding ≥2h), and a mandatory trip threshold at 1.30In. Breaking capacity scales with models: base variants (e.g., ELM1-160) deliver 50kA, while advanced models (e.g., ELM1-1250) achieve 100kA@400V.
The series features a highly modular design, supporting plug-in, motor-driven, and rotary-handle operations, with expandability via shunt releases, undervoltage releases, and auxiliary contacts. Its compact structure (dimensions per parameter tables) optimizes panel space, complemented by standardized rail-mount solutions. Globally certified, the ELM1 Series is optimized for industrial switchboards and energy distribution systems, delivering reliable performance across demanding environments.
Application
ELM1 series moulded case circuit breaker is one of products developed and manufactured by adopting international advanced technology. It is supplied with rated insulating voltage 690V and used for circuit of A.C.50/60Hz, rated operating voltage AC 400V(or below), rated operating current up to 1250A for infrequent changing over and starting of the motors. The products conforms to IEC60947-2 standard.
