1. Does the factory provide customized services?

Yes.We support customized circuit breaker logo, color, packaging and internal original, specific situation needs to be communicated
2. What is your payment terms ?

For small order or sample order, we accept PayPal, T/T ($10-500 below). For large orders, we accept L/C payment or T/T 30% in advance,the balance 70% before shipment or after scanning the copy of B/L.
3. How's the delivery? Because I really need them is urgently?

For sample order 5-15 days will be no problem. And for regular order we promise in 30 days.
4. What is the difference between RCBO, RCD and RCCB?

RCCB: Residual current protection only (requires MCB for overcurrent protection).

RCBO: Integrated residual current + overload + short-circuit protection.

RCD: Modular add-on residual current module (for use with MCBs).
5. How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
