The IoT smart circuit breaker is suitable for commercial office buildings, residential households and general industrial places, with a rated working voltage of up to 90V/300V, 50Hz alternating current, and a rated current of up to 63A in the terminal distribution loop. Through the Internet of Things communication technology, it provides overload, short circuit protection for the circuit protection and residual current protection, and can perform infrequent on/off operations on the line under normal conditions. Relying on data analysis and statistics, it realizes remote control and energy-saving power management in a variety of application scenarios, and achieves the safe and intelligent management of intelligent power consumption.

    The LKB-80WL delivers multi-scenario electrical protection with overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection, compatible with 230V/600V AC grids in industrial/commercial settings. Its breakthrough IoT remote control uses 12 protocols for real-time status monitoring, fault alerts, remote switching, and energy analytics, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

    It spans 16A–80A rated currents (16/20/32/40/50/63/80A) with 6kA breaking capacity, operating from -25°C to +55°C. Installation mandates compliance: ​uniform 2N·m terminal torque, conductor sizing per current (e.g., 16mm² for 50A, 25mm² for 80A), with strict bans on live-wire handling or wet-operation. Includes ​35mm DIN rail dimensions​ and phase-wiring diagrams.

    Embedded millisecond leakage response (≤0.1s tripping) and physical isolation ensure safety. The IoT module enables custom threshold alerts (e.g., voltage/temperature anomalies) and automated reports. Optimized for 24/7 risk prevention in smart buildings and grid management, backed by life cycle technical support per warranty terms.

    7. Product Features

    7.1 Rated breaking capacity is high, up to 10kA.

    7.2 The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is an energy storage type free trip mechanism. The contacts close quickly, which overcomes the adverse effects caused by the speed of manual operation of the handle, greatly extending the service life of the product. During normal operation, the contacts can only remain in the closed or open position.

    7.3 The combination terminal blocks with finger touch protection offer higher safety performance.

    7.4 The shell and components are all made of imported high flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant and impact-resistant plastics from abroad.
