It spans 16A–80A rated currents (16/20/32/40/50/63/80A) with 6kA breaking capacity, operating from -25°C to +55°C. Installation mandates compliance: uniform 2N·m terminal torque, conductor sizing per current (e.g., 16mm² for 50A, 25mm² for 80A), with strict bans on live-wire handling or wet-operation. Includes 35mm DIN rail dimensions and phase-wiring diagrams.
Embedded millisecond leakage response (≤0.1s tripping) and physical isolation ensure safety. 7. Product Features
7.1 Rated breaking capacity is high, up to 10kA.
7.2 The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is an energy storage type free trip mechanism. The contacts close quickly, which overcomes the adverse effects caused by the speed of manual operation of the handle, greatly extending the service life of the product. During normal operation, the contacts can only remain in the closed or open position.
7.3 The combination terminal blocks with finger touch protection offer higher safety performance.
7.4 The shell and components are all made of imported high flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant and impact-resistant plastics from abroad.
