The CB test report, B260025, was issued on 5 June 2026 by the Technology Center of Hangzhou Customs District (Yueqing Branch) following tests performed from 9 March to 5 June 2026. All applicable clauses—including marking, clearances and creepage, terminal strength, dielectric performance, temperature rise, short-circuit capability, fire resistance and rust prevention—were reported as pass.

Short-circuit verification used Icn = Ics = 3000 A samples. Dielectric tests included humidity conditioning, insulation resistance measurement, and 2,000 V power-frequency dielectric verification; impulse isolation verification used 4 kV rated impulse withstand with a 1.2/50 μs waveform. At 63 A, terminal temperature rise remained well below the 60 K limit, and power loss per pole was within the declared values. Fire-resistance tests were conducted at 960°C for parts retaining current-carrying parts and 650°C for other external insulating parts.

INMETRO (Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Qualidade e Tecnologia) oversees conformity assessment for regulated electrical products in Brazil. Applications and market use
ALF6K MCBs are intended for overload and short-circuit protection in single-phase and three-phase final distribution. Typical applications include residential Distribution Boards, commercial buildings, small industrial panels, HVAC feeders, lighting circuits, and equipment branch protection where the system prospective short-circuit current does not exceed 3000 A and the selected pole/voltage/curve configuration matches the installation.
With B and C curves available, designers can choose B for circuits with low inrush currents and C for general residential/commercial loads with moderate inrush. All configurations mount on standard 35 mm DIN rails with pillar-type terminals.
